Whan it is 'Khan film', no one will take risk to release his film on same date. Film maker Sanjay Gupta, makers of Kaante, Zinda, Dus kahaniyan decided the same. On May 2, he announced that his film wil release in year 2013 instead of December 7, 2012. "Shootout At Wadala" stars John Abraham (as gangster Manya Surve) and also has Anil Kapoor, Sonu Sood, Manor Bajpayee, Tusshar Kapoor and Kangana Ranaut in the cast.
Supporting his statement, he said,"it's obvious that when an Aamir Khan is on screen after almost three years, the theatres wil be blocked for for at least two weeks," Gupta said at an event here Tuesday. A month later, 'Dabangg 2' will be on screen, So we had to look for a later date because 'Shootout...' is also an equally big film. We are mature to understand that let's not eat into each other's business," added the director who has made films like "Kaante", "Zinda", "Dus Kahaniyaan".
